Every MAATÏ MAATÏ piece is dispatched with care from THE SACRED SPACE Berlin, our headquarter, office and fulfillment home in Germany - by no one else than our founder Leonie´s mother Cordula herself - who is a powerful Healer in Berlin and the heart behind MAATÏ MAATÏ.

Because our products — especially THE MAT — are crafted from natural materials and shipped in generous dimensions, shipping rates vary by region.

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure that each order arrives safely and in the best possible condition. Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout and depend on your destination. A Tracking Number will be sent to you right after your purchase.

We currently ship to selected regions worldwide, including USA, the Middle East, and non-EU countries. Due to the size and weight of our mats and blocks, international shipping rates may be higher than average.

Order Processing

During launches or seasonal peaks, slight delays may occur — thank you for your understanding.

Returns

We want you to feel fully aligned with your piece like a real SoulMAATÏ.

If that´s not the case and you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, yoga mats that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
